faq

1. Do I need an appointment to visit a showroom?

Please contact the showroom you plan to visit for details on appointment policy. Appointments are recommended if you would like to meet one-on-one with our professional design consultants.

2. How should I prepare for my visit to the showroom?

Look on the Internet or in magazines to get ideas about the styles and the colors that you like. Bring pictures of things that you like to your appointment.

3. What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring all plans and architectural specs if available, or measurements of the space. Bring samples of flooring, paint or wallpaper selected. Photographs of the space, as well as other rooms, are helpful. Bring contact info for the architect, designer, builder, general contractor and plumbing contractor. Tell us your builder allowance, if applicable.

4. Why are there no model numbers or prices on the products on display?

Our showrooms are not retail stores. They contain displays of high-end bath and kitchen products where our professional consultants will assist you in selecting the best products for your application.

5. Can I purchase the material myself?

Yes, you can purchase the material yourself for your own project.

6. When will I receive the pricing for my project?

Typically, we will get pricing back to the project manager/customer within three to five business days after the appointment, depending upon the size and the complexity of the project. Drawings and quotations for custom cabinetry will take longer. If you are purchasing through your contractor, we will provide the pricing to your contractor.

7. Does Weinstein install kitchens and baths?

Weinstein does not have an installation crew and we do not subcontract installations. We can recommend trained professionals who will complete and meet the expectations for your project.

8. Do you have working showroom displays?

Most of our showrooms do have fully functional displays, including whirlpools, air tubs, shower systems, steam generators, toilets and faucets. Please check with the showroom you plan to visit to find out what working displays they have.

9. Do you have a play area for children?

Our showrooms do not have designated play areas for children. Because we have some functional displays, we recommend that you do not bring small children with you into the showroom. If you do bring children with you, you are fully responsible for their safety and for their behavior.

10. Do you have showroom products in stock?

We do carry a large inventory of showroom products. However, because of the great variety of products available today it is impossible for us to stock everything. Special-order products normally take three to four weeks to arrive. For an accurate estimate of lead time for your project items, please contact your showroom consultant.

11. What if I need to change my order after it has been placed?

Certain custom product orders may not be canceled and may not be returned. Other products may be canceled and may be returned; restocking charges may apply. It is very important that measurements are confirmed as accurate before your order is placed.

12. Will you deliver my materials to my job site?

Yes. Our fleet of trucks will deliver your material to any job site in Southeastern Pennsylvania. South Jersey or Northern Delaware. A delivery charge may apply.
